+ ⭐️Thunderous Applause A very thunderously yummy beer. Hopped with hand selected Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy. Both of these hops are intense and vying for flavor dominance. It is an awesome, complimentary fruit spectacle of dank gooseberry wrapped in ripe pineapples. ⭐️Fog This is the very first beer we ever brewed as a brewery. It was batch numero uno but it never saw the light of day because almost everything went wrong on that first beer (the final death punch was the glycol loop dying in late June 2017, and fermentation getting wayyyyy too hot). When it was first brewed it had a working name of “Fog.” We decided it was finally time to bring it back, pretty different recipe (trust us, its better now!), same working name (which has been promoted to its “for eva eva” name). Hopped with Citra, Superdelic and Nectaron we taste notes of navel orange, lime, nostalgia, and tropical fruit candy. ⭐️Kiwi New Zealand produces some of the finest hops in the world. Their growing region has a character unlike any other in the hop world and we are exceptionally smitten by it. Some of our favorite varieties to blend with come from the region, which is why we wanted to brew a beer that was aggressively hopped with some of our favy mcfavorites, and the results are sublime. Dry hopped with the holy New Zealand trifecta of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka we taste heaven… but also gooseberry, lime, tropical fruit and dank berries. ⭐️Dora #75 Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this version of Dora we decided to do employ a mash hop. We’re looking for extra thiols and a small uptick in bitterness. Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus. ⭐️A Dent There are some moments in world history that put a dent in the way you think. The image on the label is a call back to the moon landing of 1969. A moment that captured the collective imagination of the world. A collective feat of human ingenuity that clearly signaled to us Earth dwelling homosapiens that maybe, just maybe, if we could touch martian soil, maybe one day we could be an interplanetary species too. To some, this landing is controversial. Staged in a Hollywood studio or some such thing. I don't care. We like it. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. We taste ripe tangerine flesh, pink grapefruit and papaya. ⭐️Cashbro CashBro is one of our most creatively named beers. We painstakingly considered every letter before naming it. It definitely isn’t just a mash up of two hops that we made a portmanteau word with and then it turned out to be a hilariously delicious beer/name we couldn’t do away with. It’s hopped with Cashmere and Sabro in case you weren’t sure. Notes of peach rings, coconut, limey citrus. ⭐️Elmo ELMO was born out of our dual hop program where we blend hops together in pairs looking for happy marriages. When we land on a blend we like, we go full portmanteau and try to jam the hop names together to make a new, single name that hopefully sounds like a real, audible word. ELMO features a blend of (EL) Dorado and (MO)saic hops. It also happens to be the name of a lovable muppet character from Sesame Street; so that's fun. We taste notes of distinct tangerine, pineapple candy, mixed tropical fruit and lingering pine. ⭐️January The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup. This month January is riding shotgun with Evolve, so we had to pump it up to a 10lbs/bbl hop charge of Nelson and superdelic. We taste tropical gooseberry, pineapple and some characteristic dank New Zealand lush hop expression. ⭐️Evolve or Die Our annual triple IPA where we push the hopping rates to their illogical extreme. The goal of this beer is to implement everything we’ve learned through our Dora and monthly DIPA series’. Each one is a different experiment that pushes our hoppy beer into distinctly different directions, always with the intent of making a more densely layered, and intense hop experience while still remaining soft, and endlessly drinkable. Stagnation, complacency and comfort are the enemy of progress and innovation. This is the culmination of everything we’ve learned over the past year about hoppy beer. Evolve, or die. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Motueka and Galaxy, this is a deeply hop saturated beer that is as undeniably cost prohibitive as it is delectably drinkable. We taste intense notes of pineapple, mango, tangerine, mojito lime, peach and tropical fruit. The hopping rate of this beer is approximately 20lbs/bbl (78g/L).
