今次我地用左蘋果汁同覆盆子汁去發酵,再加入柏木同橡木去釀製。飲落酸酸甜甜,帶有蘋果、覆盆子、柑橘同雲尼拿木香味。 We fermented a blend of apple and raspberries juice with Philly Sour yeast, plus aging on cypress & oak wood. The final product is a one of a kind cider that’s sweet and sour with notes of apple, raspberries, citrus and vanilla woody flavor. Style: Cypress & Oak wood aged Raspberries Sour Cider ABV: 6%
