+ One Mo' Introducing One Mo’, a crisp and refreshing Cold IPA. This is the latest novel craft beer in our small-batch pilot series, conceptualized by our brewer, Moses! One Mo’ combines Pilsner malt, a touch of rice, and LalBrew NovaLager yeast to create a clean and light-bodied canvas for premium Mosaic (T90 and Cryo), Nectaron, Nelson, and Sabro hops. At 6.0% ABV, One Mo’ has balanced bitterness lasting into a sublime tropical and coconut aftertaste. 29th 為我哋嘅29歲乾杯！我哋由1995年開始，一直喺香港為我們嘅社區釀造同供精應釀啤酒，為此我哋一直都感到十分自豪。為咗慶祝呢件咁開心嘅事，我哋特別推出咗呢款經過 12 個月陳釀而成嘅特別版 29th Anniversary Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Saison 。 上個月，我哋用淡色大麥、斯佩爾特麥芽，再加上後期添加啤酒花、自家嘅賽松酵母同充沛嘅手工削橙皮釀造咗屢獲殊榮嘅香港 Saison。我們哋將呢款年輕新酒同喺法國霞多麗橡木桶中經過 12 個月用酒香酵母發酵嘅成熟啤酒混合。結果就成就咗呢一款複雜、清新、泡沫豐富嘅桶裝 Saison 酒，帶有橙皮、白葡萄酒、一絲香料同令人愉悅嘅淡淡酒香酵母味道。 Cheers to 29 years! We’re so incredibly honoured to have been brewing and serving craft beer to our community in Hong Kong since 1995. To show our appreciation, we’re thrilled to release our special 29th Anniversary Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Saison after twelve months in the making. Last month, we brewed our award-winning Hong Kong Saison with its light malted barley and spelt base, late addition hops, house Saison yeast, and abundant hand-zested orange peel. Then, we blended this young Saison with mature Saison conditioned for 12 months on Brett yeast in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. The result? A complex, dry, effervescent barrel-aged Saison with notes of orange zest, white wine, a touch of spice, and a delightful, light Brett funk.
