Hops – Saaz Lupomax STYLE：Pilsner ABV：4.5% ⭐️Catch the Light Inspired by Martha Wash's song, this lowpercentage beer is light in colour and creates a refreshing and easy-drinking experience, making it an approachable beer with delightful citrus and tropical flavours. Hops - Citra, Sabro, Ekuanot, Meridian STYLE：Table Beer ABV：3.4% ⭐️Obsidian We brewed a dark milk stout inspired by obsidian, the hard volcanic rock. Using Magnum hops, our stout boasts a robust and smooth bitterness. The result is a rich, dark beer with a strong foundation of flavour and a touch of sweetness. Adjuncts - Lactose STYLE：Stout ABV：6.5% ⭐️Momentum We love to go over the top with the use of hops here at Overtone and we carry the momentum of 5 years of experimentation forward with this crushable pale loaded to the brim with subtle notes of herbs which are quickly joined by all sorts of citrus and fruits through a generous dose of a fun combination of Mosaic, Zappa and Cashmere! Hops - Mosaic, Zappa, Cashmere STYLE：Pale Ale ABV：4.5% ⭐️Cran Razz A light and sessionable fruited gose with Indian coriander seeds and Blackthorn sea salt. We fruited this one with tart cranberries and sweet raspberries for an overall well balanced gose. Adjuncts – Cranberries, Raspberries, Sea Salt STYLE：Fruited Gose ABV：5.5% ⭐️CCBM We brewed up with our good pals at THE CCBM in Dunfermline who are not only celebrating five years but also, it’s the third annual opening of the big swally festival. big on flavour we mixed four hops inspired by the acronym of CCBM STYLE：IPA ABV：6% ⭐️Utopia You’ll feel like you’re walking through a fruit filled farm when you open a can of this thick, creamy, sweet DIPA thanks to an obscene amount of El Dorado and Mosaic built on a strong foundation of Citra. Classic for a reason! Hops – El Dorado, El Dorado Cryo, Citra, Mosaic, Sabro STYLE：Double IPA ABV：8% ⭐️Marble Skies This Double IPA was inspired by Django Django. Mirroring the double nature of its name and reflecting the double hopping process. We used Citra and Nelson Hops resulting in a harmonious blend of tropical and wine-like flavours.
