+ FLOATING NZ IPA Floating is a new IPA championing a liquid Phantasm™ flown directly from NZ. With a complex and potent mix of passionfruit, white wine, and honeydew melon character, we've combined this with Garston Alpine-Motueka™, hand-selected Freestyle Peachaine™, and Taiheke hops, along with a stripped-back water profile, and fermented it with our in-house hazy yeast strain. Think sav-blanc coolers, candied passionfruit coulis, and citrus TNT lollies. Another evolution in our journey of exploring the modern India Pale Ale. Chur MILES AWAY (HOLLINGBERRY) DIPA Miles Away is a brand-new DIPA championing our Clean-Fusion™ dry hopping method to accentuate the uberfresh experimental Pink™ and Azacca hops our mates f rom Hollingbery Hops, USA 🇺🇸 flew over straight from their hop pal letizing facil ity in Yakima. These new PinkID-158 cones “champion a soughtafter combo of citrus and stone fruit, but what sets this hop apart from the herd are the subtle flavors of honey, apple, and vanilla,” so the fine folk themselves say. Anyway, we fermented this number out wi th our house yeast and used a stripped-back water profile we’ve been playing with to real ly help these hops pop! Welcome to the new, come get a taste. Come get some. I GOT YOU FRUITED Inspired by our adventures in Miami, Florida, Come On Now embodies the essence of the city that birthed the namesake of this can’s style - the Florida weirs. This stepmashed tart wheat beer draws influence from the traditional Berliner Weisse but with a vibrant, tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked it up to 305 and amplified this ww number using our inhouse facto culture, then loaded it with huge doses of pineapple, Feijoa, watermelon, and coconut water during fermentation. Introducing Liquid Banana - Using every banana product and process available to brewers right now we've laid down a brew in honour of one of our favourite adjuncts, something we use a lot here at the brewery. RED RIMS Red Rims is a brand spanking new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given a ful l fresh-fruit fermentation treatment. We’ve started this sour ’s journey with a lean foundation that real ly lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Strawberry, Guava, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Goji berries, and some Preserved Lemon. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt. A super tasty number that’ll have you looking the right way. WHITE RABBITS* Tis the season and the more the merrier so strap in fam.
