+ Deisidaimonia Bourbon Barrel Aged (2022) For this specific imperial stout we selected the most freshly emptied and flavourful bourbon barrels Deisidaimonia is our new offering aged for more than a year in a selection of wild turkey,woodford and heaven hill barrels in order to create a multilayered bourbon character Deisidaimonia Rum Barrel Aged (2022) For the rum barrel aged version of this beast we selected half a dozen of some super rare Australian rum barrels we found in which the beer was aged for approximately 14 months Deisidaimonia Double Barrel Aged (2022) To create this monster we hand selected just the best bourbon and rum barrels we had on hand and then we blended all together to create a heavenly concoction
