+ ⭐Twilight American Black IPA hopped with Citra and Centennial STYLE：American Black IPA ABV：7% ⭐Silent Stars IPA brewed with pilsner malt, malted spelt, raw wheat, and oats, hopped in the whirlpool and DH exclusively with Citra. We're tasting orange zest, drippy summer peach, juicy melon, and a handful of orange and pink starbursts. STYLE：IPA ABV：6.8% ⭐Green Yield Unfiltered IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat, hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We fermented this beer a little drier than your average NEIPA but dry hopped the lights out of it to keep it juicy and expressive. The result is a bright, refreshing beer with loads of honeydew, peach, and dank aromas. STYLE：IPA ABV：7.2% ⭐Terra Blanc Brewed with Phantasm, a new brewing material made from NZ sauve blanc grapes meant to enhance the aroma and taste of the drinking experience. Hopped with cryro citra hops. Ripe mango and lychee sorbet with a peach fizz float, nectarine and melon slices with a vanilla custard sauce drizzled over. STYLE：Double IPA ABV：8% ⭐River Swell Double IPA Fermented in stainless with our house hazy yeast and double dry hopped with Enigma, Mosaic, and Citra. STYLE：Double IPA ABV：8.2% ⭐Terra Citra Triple IPA brewed with American 2-row malt, malted oats, and flaked wheat. Hopped solely with Citra throughout the whirlpool and double dry hopped with oodles of more Citra. The resulting beer is absolutely bursting with tropical juiciness and unbelievably drinkable, for its heightened ABV. STYLE：Triple IPA ABV：9.4% ⭐Wawayanda Kill Our latest sour ipa offering is a riff on blueberry pie. We took our sour IPA base recipe of Pilsner, raw wheat, and malted oats, then mashed it with over 100 pounds of graham cracker meal. Hopped with Mosaic and Enigma, this beer was fermented with heaps of blueberry purée and conditioned in Madagascar vanilla beans and even more graham cracker. The low pH coupled with the refreshing tartness of blueberry gives this one a bright spritzy acidity to balance the decadence of the lactose, vanilla, and graham.
