+ ⭐DDH Congress Street This amplified version of our flagship American IPA, Congress Street, is a focused exhibition of the Australian Galaxy Hop. Yellow-orange straw in appearance with a thick milky haze, Double Dry Hopped Congress Street emits fragrant aromatics of ripe mango, resinous spruce tips, candied peach, and underripe pineapple. Bold, rich flavors of guava, juicy nectarine, and white grapefruit rush over the palate while notes of cedar and dragonfruit provide a balanced, yet slick finish with a moderate bite. Features a full, pillowy mouthfeel with soft, effervescent carbonation. The beer's appearance is a yellow straw-color, with a significant haze. Heavy citrus aromas of pineapple, orange flesh and mango dance on the nose and palate. The pilsner malt provides a medium body and wraps up each sip with a slight balancing bitterness. Inspired by the legendary three bird roast popularized by John Madden throughout Thanksgiving Day NFL broadcasts, Turducken is a saturated hop bomb of a Triple IPA. The can labels sport two different versions of the same Zoom collaboration meeting; one in traditional Trillium hand-drawn fashion by Kevin Cimo at FairFolk and the second a colorized and cartoony take by Andy Godish at Permanent Hangover. Pouring a dense, deep pale yellow with remarkable haze, Turducken's appearance is reminiscent of our hoppiest Double and Triple IPAs. Like its namesake delicacy, the aroma is layered, offering notes of blended citrus zest, punchy white grape juice, pineapple, and a gentle piney bitterness. MALT: American 2-Row Barley, Flaked Oats, Valley Danko Rye, Flaked Wheat, White Wheat ⭐Black Mettle Black Mettle is the dark, roasty cousin of our signature Mettle Double IPA. The fermentation profile in this Black Double IPA was adapted from our standard schedule to develop and highlight its unique flavors and aromas to ensure that it is tremendously satisfying yet beckons for another sip. True to its name, Black Mettle presents a decidedly black color topped with a creamy, soft tan resilient head. Aromas of lightly roasted coffee greet the nose accompanied by dark chocolate covered berries, blooming conifers, and lemon wedges. The palate closely follows suit as an initial wave of juniper and sappy pine leads to a refreshing burst of vibrant orange peel and grapefruit zest. The back end lets the roasted malts shine through with a soft wash of smooth blonde roast coffee and fleeting cocoa. With a fluffy mouthfeel, medium body and a present yet gentile bite, Black Mettle’s supportive interplay between the hops and the malt bill makes each sip as unique as it is enjoyable.
