The timing of hop addition and the malt saccharification temperature were significantly changed from usual, with an emphasis on the tropical aroma from the combination of yeast and hops. Aromas of guava and passion fruit with citrus, lemon, and subtle hints of white grapes. Smooth mouthfeel from oats and wheat. Malt: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Wheat Malt Hop: Cascade, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Motueka Hop Kief Yeast: English ale yeast Other: Dextrose 8.5% 14 9th Anniversary Red IPA 8% 70 Casimiroa Aromas and flavors of peach, grape, pine, and citrus. Rich mouthfeel from oats, and a burst of hop flavor in your mouth. 7.5% 34 Lebbeck Aromas reminiscent of grass and citrus, with a sweet aftertaste that brings together a strong bitterness. 8% N/A Magnolia Overflowing orange aroma and pineapple flavor. Juicy IPA with reduced bitterness. 8.5% 17 Nox Sour IPA with a strong bitter and sour taste, and pineapple-like aroma and flavor. 7.5% N/A
