SUBTLE SPICE AND CLEAR WOODINESS FROM THE BARREL WITH A TOUCH OF HERBACEOUSNESS. LIGHT VANILLA AND SOME LIGHTLY TOASTED OAK. COMPLEX NOTES OF BOTH LACTIC AND ACETIC SOURNESS, WITH A TOUCH OF VINOUS GRAPE AND A SLIGHTLY CREAMY, MOREISH FINISH. 8%
